How to Reset Moniepoint Terminal PIN and Unblock the POS Machine
To unblock your terminal, you will need to reset your PIN through the Moniepoint Business Manager Dashboard. You can login to the business manager via app or Chrome. Here’s a step by step guides to reset the POS PIN:
- Open the Moniepoint Business app on your phone or visit atm.moniepoint.com on your web broswer.
- Log in using your Email/Phone and Password.
- In the business app dashboard, navigate to the "Settings" section.
- Select Business PIN and request an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered phone number.
- Enter the OTP and set a new 4-digits PIN.
- After changing the PIN, you'll need to restart your POS terminal to make the change reflect. Hence, reboot your POS terminal to complete the process.
After resetting the PIN, your POS terminal will be unblocked and you can begin using the new PIN for all transactions on your Moniepoint POS terminal.
How to reset Moniepoint Business PIN
Here's how to reset your Moniepoint Business PIN. This guide also works if you don't remember or know the current PIN.
- Login to your Moniepoint Business Account via app or web.
- Once you're in, go to Settings > Security > Reset Transaction PIN.
- Enter your desired new PIN and re-enter it to confirm the new PIN.
- Click "Change PIN" and you've receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered phone number.
- Enter the OTP and click "Submit".
