The only way to sign-in to Kuda account is via Email address. If you register your Kuda Bank using your Gmail address, then you can simply login to the bank account using the registered Gmail and password. In this article, I'm going to walk you through how to login to your Kuda account using either your YahooMail, GMail, or any other Electronic Mails you might have used to register the account.
To log in to your Kuda account using your email, follow these steps:
- Visit the Kuda Login Page: Go to the Kuda app.
- Enter Your Email: Input the email address associated with your Kuda account in the designated field.
- Input Your Password: Enter your password.
- Sign In: Click the "Sign In" button to access your account.
If you forget your password, there is an option to reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password?" as seen in the image below, and following the instructions provided.
However, it's important to let you know that Kuda is currently not allowing users to login to their account using their registered phone number. The phone is linked to receive OTP codes and other authentication code for transactions.
Does Kuda have a web app?
Kuda does not currently offer a dedicated web app for sign-in and for its banking services. The primary access to Kuda's features is through its mobile application - Kuda App, which is available for download on platforms like Google Play and the App Store. With the app, you can manage your accounts, make transactions, and access various banking services exclusively.
Why can't I Login to my Kuda Account?
There are several reasons why you might be unable to log into your Kuda account. One common issue is related to incorrect login credentials, such as entering the wrong email address or password. If you have forgotten your password, Kuda provides a password reset option. You can initiate this by selecting "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, entering your registered email address, and following the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.
Another potential cause of login problems is a buildup of cache and cookies in your app or browser. This can interfere with the login process, leading to errors. To resolve this, you can clear your app's cache and cookies if you're using the mobile app, or clear the browser cache if you're accessing Kuda through a web browser. After clearing the cache, try logging in again to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, ensure that your internet connection is stable, as a weak or intermittent connection can also prevent successful logins. If you've tried resetting your password and clearing your cache but still cannot log in, it may be necessary to contact Kuda's customer support for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps based on your account status and any potential technical issues on their end.
