Hello everyone! I want to use this opportunity to issue warnings to all Nigerians to be mindful of Loan apps to borrow from. TopChance Loan app is one of the Loan apps available on Google Play.
On this fateful day, I got a message from TopChance customer care on my WhatsApp number. She lied to me about some benefits and features of their service and directed me on how to download the app from Google play store.
At first, I wanted to get a business loan that's what cut me first. I followed her instructions and I landed gotten a Loan with high interest rate and hidden fees.
When I downloaded the app, I filled the form with my BVN and NIN, and I was given a Loan amount of N16,000 which all the charges and fees and interest will be deducted. All the fees will be N6000 and they'll disbursed N10,000.
The Loan is expected to be paid back in 7 seven days. This means that I was given a Loan of N16,000 and got N10,000 and expect me to repay N16,000 within seven days.
I told the customer care service that I can't take sure Loan; that the interest and fees are too much. Infact, the Loan duration is too short. She told me that "that's not the Loan amount and not the duration time". She told me to proceed and when my eligible status is reviewed I will be given a Loan amount and duration time.
As I proceeded, the next thing I saw was credit alert from TopChance. I was created N10,000 and the app dashboard was updated with N16,000 Loan Not paid.
Immediately, I contacted the customer representative and explained that I don't need your loan but you disbursed it.."what do you want me to do?" "Tell me how to refund it"
She said she will get back. Meanwhile, she doesn't get back until the seventh day when the Loan got due. They now started disturbing me to repay the outstanding Loan.
The customer girl that force the loan on me didn't reply my messages and they're now using another person to be messaging me. I told them, I can't pay the interest because I didn't take your Loan willingly.
I refunded the exact amount that was disbursed and the interest was there. They'll not stop disturbing and they've already tag my name and my pictures to all my contacts that I'm owing a Loan. Meanwhile, CBN and Google Play Store have already banned them from this activities.
TopChance Loan App Reviews
TopChance Loan App is a bad, not legit, scam, loan app. The app's customer care executive or marketers are manipulating people into getting unwanted Loan.
In addition, the Loan app has hidden fees and very high interest rate. They also charge Loan service fees which is not right.
More so, they'll send harassing message tagged with your pictures to all your contact list.
In a nutshell, TopChance Loan App is a scam, loan shark, not legit and bad Loan app. You can check their review on the Google play store and see bad comment about them.
Lastly, don't obtain Loan from TopChance Loan App; they're scam and they're not Legit.
