Likewise OPAY, you cannot directly request Money on PalmPay app. However, you can directly ask someone to send money to your PalmPay Account from his/her PalmPay Account.
It's simple that way. PalmPay and OPAY have suspended "Request Money" within their fintech apps due to people using it to carryout fraudlent activities.
Since the service is suspended, it's not been reactivated and there's no way to request Money on the payment app anymore. However, I'm going to explain an alternate way in which you can request money from someone.

Requesting Money on PalmPay
While you cannot request money directly from your PalmPay App, you can, however, ask another PalmPay user to transfer money to your PalmPay Account.
To do just that, kindly open your messaging app such as WhatsApp or Telegram. Open the recipient chat and kindly ask nicely the person to send you money to your PalmPay Account Number.
Explain why you need the money urgently and when you'll return it if necessary. However, if you don't have any plans to refund the money, let the person know so that it'll trigger future argument.
If the person agrees to send you the money, drop your PalmPay Account number in the chat and be expecting the fund credited into your PalmPay wallet.
In a nutshell, the only option available to request Money from someone on PalmPay is to chat the person privately and explain your situation. Drop your PalmPay Number to receive the funds.
