Africa’s leading financial institution, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, has introduced a groundbreaking solution, the ‘Scan to Resolve Complaint’ Portal, accessible via qrdispute.ubagroup.com:8088. This innovative platform is designed to promptly address customer disputes, aiming to elevate satisfaction levels and streamline complaint resolution processes.

The ‘Scan to Resolve Complaint’ portal, utilizing QR code technology, is a pioneering initiative by UBA to swiftly tackle customer challenges without necessitating physical visits to the bank or its branches. With this portal, customers can effortlessly resolve various issues, including failed transactions, from the convenience of their homes or workplaces.

Olukayode Olubiyi, UBA’s Head of Digital Banking, emphasized the platform’s efficiency in addressing transaction-related concerns such as web transactions, Point of Sale (PoS) machines, and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a 72-hour timeframe. He highlighted the customer-centric approach driving UBA’s continuous innovation efforts to enhance service delivery.

The portal offers numerous benefits, including simplified transactions and a seamless complaint resolution process. Customers can conveniently scan and log their complaints, which are then seamlessly integrated into the portal's register for swift resolution, minimizing customer inconvenience.

Upon registering complaints, customers undergo instant verification, receiving prompt notifications as resolution processes commence, ultimately aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. Michelle Nwoga, UBA’s Group Head of Customer Experience, reiterated the bank’s commitment to providing exceptional services and continuously improving service delivery standards.
