First of all, PalmPay doesn't offer ATM card but the fintech does have a debit card. The PalmPay debit card is known as PalmPay QR Card. This QR Card can perform all the functions of a debit card except the using/slotting at ATMs or POS to withdraw cash.
The QR card is a free physical card with a card number issued by PalmPay. It is connected to your PalmPay account.
What is PalmPay QR card used for?
The PalmPay QR card is a complimentary physical card equipped with a unique identification number, directly linked to your PalmPay account.
This card facilitates various financial transactions, including depositing and withdrawing cash, as well as transferring funds, at any Point of Sale (POS) agent, such as PalmPay, Kudi, OPay, and others.
Alternatively, these transactions can be conveniently carried out through the PalmPay mobile application.
It's important to note that while the PalmPay QR card offers flexibility in managing your finances, it does not function as a debit card, therefore, cannot be utilized at Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) or traditional POS machines.
Its primary purpose lies in providing seamless transactions within PalmPay's network of agents and digital platforms.
How to use palmpay QR card to withdraw
To withdraw using your PalmPay QR card, kindly walk to any PalmPay Agent and request to withdraw using your QR card. The agent will scan the QR code on the card using her PalmPay business app or PalmPay POS Machine.
Once the QR code is scanned, enter the amount you want to withdraw and enter your transaction PIN to complete the withdrawal. The transaction will be confirmed on the agent dashboard and your cash will be dispensed to you.

Like I said earlier, PalmPay doesn't have ATM card. Rather, it possesses a QR card which perform almost the same functions as ATM card.

The only things QR card cannot do like a fully functioning debit card is that, it cannot be used to purchase goods and services online, it cannot be slotted into ATM or POS machine to withdraw card.
However, the QR Card can perform withdrawal via scanning, used for cash deposit and many more on the PalmPay banking network.
Does Palmpay issue debit card?
Yes, PalmPay issue a debit card known as QR Card. This type of debit card cannot be used at ATM to withdraw cash nor used directly on POS machine to withdraw card.
However, PalmPay QR Card can be used to make bill payment, withdraw cash and deposit cash at PalmPay merchant service centre.
How much is Palmpay ATM card?
